My favorite electrolyte is Sodium because the range is very easy for me to remember and the manifestations make sense. My least favorite electrolyte is Magnesium because it has a strange range and isn’t as recognizable in manifestations. The photo I posted is of me when I first learned how to roller blade. I’m not much better now, but I don’t wear the pads anymore!
