This weekend I was able to disconnect for half the day. My brother who lives in San Diego came to town to visit so I decided this was the perfect time to disconnect! We were able to go out for a nice quiet breakfast and visit with my dad. It is always rejuvenating when you get to turn all social media off and just enjoy each others company. I have to say it was stressful to disconnect before a test because I kept thinking in the back of my head that this time should be spent on studying! However at the end of the day I always cherish the time I get to spend with my family and would rather do that over studying!
