I was not able to disconnect this week at all. I have a lot of studying to do for the Exam on Wednesday. I also have other papers due for my other classes. I understand the importance of disconnecting but it is too difficult for me to do this week. I am not able to connect with other humans this week unless it has to do with school because I am too busy. I wish I was able to :(.

My favorite electrolyte is sodium because I think its role in muscle contractions and nerve impulses is very interesting. The normal range for sodium is 135-145 mEq/L.  My least favorite electrolyte is phosphorous because I forget the lab value. The normal range for phosphorus is 2.5-4.5 mg/dL.
